Commercial & retail
A single tenant suite for a fit-out. Retail floors. Offices. Warehouses where a design team needs accurate existing conditions before they draw a line.
Buildings & Interiors
This is the core of the work. Buildings and interiors, captured precisely and turned into the exact deliverable your project runs on. One tenant suite. A historic facade. A mechanical room dense with pipe and duct. A warehouse, a retail floor, a multifamily block, a hospital campus.
Whatever the building and whatever your downstream workflow needs, we produce the right deliverable and stand behind it. You do not have to know the format, the accuracy grade, or the software. You describe the building and the goal. We handle the rest.
The range runs from a few hundred square feet to a multi-building site. None of it changes the promise. Here is where the work lands most often.
A single tenant suite for a fit-out. Retail floors. Offices. Warehouses where a design team needs accurate existing conditions before they draw a line.
MEP-dense mechanical rooms. Industrial interiors. The spaces where every pipe, hanger, and duct run has to be captured exactly because coordination depends on it.
Historic facades that have to be preserved to the millimeter. Multifamily blocks. Hospital campuses documented building by building across months.
We do not sell you a scan. We sell you the thing your team actually works in. The scan is how we get there. Here is what comes out.
The measured evidence: millions of survey-grade points in one coordinate system. The base every other deliverable is built from, and the archive you keep. What a point cloud is.
An as-built model your architects and engineers open and work in on day one, built to the Level of Development the job needs. How scan-to-BIM works and which LOD to spec.
Floor plans, elevations, and sections in .DWG, drafted from measured data instead of a tape measure. The right call when your team needs drawings, not a 3D model.
A navigable visual record of the space for leasing, insurance, and remote stakeholders, plus clean floor plans. Matterport vs LiDAR.
A building can become any of those deliverables. The right one is decided by what happens next. A permit set of 2D drawings and a Revit coordination model are different jobs from the same scan. Choosing wrong is expensive in both directions, paying for a model nobody opens, or paying to redo capture because the drawings did not carry enough.
That is why we lead with the deliverable. We identify what your downstream work truly needs, produce it to standard, and back it. How the data gets captured, the scanner, the setups, the registration, is on us. You get one deliverable you can trust.
Plenty of people hold off on reaching out because they think they need square footage, an LOD number, a file format, and an accuracy grade before they can even ask. You do not.
What you can send us is simple. The type of building. Roughly how big. What the data needs to do, or even just the problem you are trying to solve. A few photos help but are not required.
From there the translation into a capture plan and a deliverable is our job. Whether you already know exactly what you want or have no idea where to start, it is nothing to worry about. Understanding it and quoting it is what we do.
Neither is a barrier. We scan single tenant suites and full hospital campuses with the same process. A dense mechanical room and an empty warehouse are both routine. Whatever the building, tell us about it and we scope it.
It depends on what your downstream team does with the data. If they design in Revit, you want a BIM model at a chosen LOD. If they need 2D sheets, you want as-builts in CAD. If seeing the space matters more than measuring it, a Matterport walkthrough fits. You do not have to choose blind. We identify the right one with you.
Yes. Occupied offices, live retail, running mechanical rooms, and operating facilities are all normal work. We plan the capture around your schedule so the building keeps functioning while we scan.
Yes. Rough details are fine. Tell us the type of building, roughly how big, and what the data needs to do. Translating that into a capture plan and a deliverable is our job, not yours.
Tell us the building, roughly the size, and what the data needs to do. We identify the right deliverable, produce it to standard, and get you a quote. A suite, a facade, a mechanical room, or a full campus, describe it and we take it from there.
