All of it comes back to one question: what is actually there, measured, not remembered. A laser scan answers it.
Why scan an attraction prop or a show set?
Orlando is the theme-park and attractions capital of the world, and the objects that fill those parks are rarely drawn the way a building is. A sculpted rockwork, a hero prop, a themed facade, a ride vehicle shell. These are shaped by hand and by eye, and when a park needs to refurbish, reproduce, or relocate one, there is often no clean geometry to work from. A high-resolution scan captures the exact three-dimensional form so a fabrication shop can build to it.
That work runs through our object and parts scanning for props and set pieces, and our building and interior scanning for the themed spaces those objects live inside. The scan is the record when the original was never a drawing.
Resort and hospitality renovations.
Orlando carries one of the largest hospitality and resort building stocks in the country, and those properties are in a constant cycle of renovation. Refresh a lobby, reconfigure a ballroom, re-plan a wing of rooms, and the existing drawings are usually a decade or three out of date. Scanning the space captures every wall, ceiling height, and column exactly as it stands, so a designer plans against reality and a contractor prices against reality.

Medical City, and the condo inspection clock.
Lake Nona's Medical City is a large planned health and life-sciences cluster, and clinical and lab space carries dense mechanical, electrical, and plumbing that has to be documented before any fit-out or expansion. A scan captures the whole ceiling in one pass, so coordination happens against what is truly overhead.
Across the metro, Florida's SB-4D milestone structural inspection law now applies to condominium buildings three stories and taller. Those buildings face a first inspection at thirty years and then every ten, and a milestone inspection needs accurate existing-condition documentation. Scanning gives the engineer a precise as-built record of the structure to work from, and our building and interior scanning produces exactly that.
