The big-box distribution buildings going up around JAXPORT live and die on the floor. A high-bay racking system runs tall masts down narrow aisles, and if the slab is out of level the whole rack line leans and the forklift operators feel it. Before the racks are set, the owner and the installer want proof the floor holds the spec, and after a pour that curled they want to know exactly which bays are out.

We scan the entire slab and turn it into a floor flatness and levelness heat map graded against the target, so a low corner shows before anyone rolls a rack. When the building itself needs an accurate record, a scan-to-BIM model captures columns, dock doors, and clear heights as they were actually built. Both start from one capture of the space.
