For Schools and Campuses

The walk-through-verified campus map, from accurate field data.

Florida schools and colleges are required to keep campus maps that match the buildings as they actually stand, verified on foot and refreshed each year. We capture that field data. We scan the campus, walk it to verify every space, and produce the accurate as-built maps and documentation your safety plans and first responders depend on.

What we do, plainly.

We are the field-capture company. We produce the walk-through-verified mapping and the as-built documentation of your buildings and grounds. That accurate record is the foundation everything else sits on: the room-by-room map, the labeled floor plans, the site layout a responder can read.

We are not a grant firm and we do not sell mapping software. We capture and document the campus as it really is, and hand you data that is accurate, current, and easy to hand off to whoever builds your response plan.

The requirement in Florida.

State law now expects verified, current campus mapping. Here is the shape of it.

K-12 districts

Under Florida Statute 1013.13, every public school district is required to keep walk-through-verified critical incident maps, revised by October 1 each year. Accurate field data is what keeps those maps honest as buildings change.

Florida College System

All 28 Florida College System institutions carry the same requirement across every campus. We already produce this field capture for campuses in Florida, and we are ready for the rest.

Private and faith-based schools

Federal security grant money exists for nonprofits and faith-based organizations, including schools, through the Nonprofit Security Grant Program. Verified mapping and as-built documentation are the kind of readiness work that money is meant to support.

We produce the field capture and documentation. Confirming eligibility, funding, and how the maps feed your response plan is a conversation to have with your safety office and the relevant agencies.

A map is only useful if it matches the building.

Campuses change. A wall moves, a wing is added, a door is renumbered, a portable arrives. Old architectural drawings drift out of date, and a map that no longer matches the building is worse than no map at all in a moment that counts.

That is why the verification is done on foot. We scan the campus for accurate geometry, then walk every space to confirm it against reality. The result is a current record, refreshed on the schedule the requirement expects.

What we deliver.

Walk-through-verified maps

Room-by-room maps confirmed on site, with consistent labeling a first responder can read without training.

As-built floor plans and site layout

Accurate 2D plans of every building and the grounds, drawn from measured data, ready to hand to whoever maintains your response plan.

Annual refresh

We come back on the yearly cycle to re-verify what changed, so your maps stay current instead of aging out.

Tell us about your campus.

Send us the district or campus, roughly how many buildings, and where you are in your mapping cycle. We scan it, verify it on foot, and quote the work.
