Construction & earthwork
Construction sites documented as they change. Stockpiles measured for volume and reconciliation. Earthwork tracked cut and fill across a project.
Land & Sites
The land is a thing that exists, so it can be scanned. A small lot before design. A live construction site tracked week to week. Stockpiles that have to be measured to the ton. Corridors and roads. Quarries. Solar fields spread across open acreage.
We capture the terrain from the air and turn it into the deliverable your civil, earthwork, or design team runs on. You do not have to know whether you need contours, a surface, or a volume. Describe the site and the goal. We produce the right output and get you a quote.
Outdoor capture runs from a single lot to a landscape. The method scales with it. Here is where the work lands most often.
Construction sites documented as they change. Stockpiles measured for volume and reconciliation. Earthwork tracked cut and fill across a project.
Corridors and roads captured end to end. Quarries mapped for extraction planning. Solar fields spread across hundreds of open acres.
A quarter-acre lot before a build. Raw acreage a design team needs terrain data for. Land captured so civil design starts from real ground, not a guess.
The flight is the start. The deliverable is what your team designs and decides against. We produce the format the job needs.
A digital terrain surface of the ground as it exists, ready to drop into civil design software as the base everything is built on.
Clean contour lines at the interval you need, delivered in CAD for planning, permitting, and grading design.
Stockpile and earthwork volumes computed from the captured surface. The number you can put on an invoice or a reconciliation, not an estimate.
A full site model, or the raw point cloud your civil engineers design directly against. The measured evidence for the whole site.
Some land deliverables need the stamp of a licensed surveyor. A boundary survey, an ALTA, a legal topographic survey of record. That is a licensure question, not a technology one, and we are straight about it. We do not stamp surveys.
When your project needs one, we bring in a licensed surveyor to produce it. When it needs a topographic surface for design, a stockpile volume, or a point cloud for civil work, that is squarely what we deliver. Tell us what the output is for and we make sure it comes from the right place.
People often hold off because they think they need acreage, a contour interval, a coordinate system, and a file format before they can ask. You do not need any of it.
What you can send us is simple. Roughly where the site is. Roughly how big. What you are trying to accomplish, whether that is a grading design, a volume number, a permit, or just a record of the ground. A pin on a map is enough to start.
From there, working out the capture and the deliverable is our job. How it gets flown and processed is on us. Whether you know exactly what you need or none of it, it is nothing to worry about. That is what we are here to figure out.
Neither. We capture a quarter-acre lot and hundreds of acres with the same approach, scaled to fit. A single stockpile and a full quarry are both routine. Tell us the site and we scope it.
Where a licensed survey stamp is required, we bring in a licensed surveyor to provide it. We do not stamp surveys ourselves. Tell us what the deliverable is for and we make sure it comes from the right source, whether that is a topographic surface for design or a stamped survey.
Whatever the job needs. Common deliverables are topographic surfaces, contour drawings, a site model, stockpile and earthwork volume calculations, or a raw point cloud your civil team designs against. You describe the goal and we produce the matching format.
That is how most site projects start. Tell us roughly where the site is, how big, and what you are trying to accomplish, and we map it to the right capture and output, then get you a quote. Already have a survey spec? We quote straight to it.
Drop a pin, tell us roughly how big, and say what you are trying to accomplish. We identify the right deliverable, produce it, route anything that needs a stamp to the right source, and get you a quote. A lot, a stockpile, a corridor, or hundreds of acres, describe it and we take it from there.
